Steve Leung Design Group Unveils Captivating Collaborations at Salone del Mobile

June 21, 2023

Renowned designer and founder of Steve Leung Design Group (SLD), Steve Leung, has mesmerised design enthusiasts and industry professionals at the highly anticipated Salone del Mobile Milano 2023. Teaming up with acclaimed Italian brands Lema, Frag, and Visionnaire, he unveiled a collection of exquisite furniture pieces that seamlessly blend artistry and functionality, leaving an indelible mark on the world of design.

Last year, SLD’s collaboration with Lema introduced the world to the captivating Eureka Wardrobe and Vanity. This year, the Eureka Bar proudly joins the esteemed collection, further expanding the boundaries of innovative design. The Eureka Bar is a multifunctional wardrobe that combines elegance, functionality, and state-of-the-art technology. Its sleek design, adorned with leather and suede finishes, conceals a hidden handcart and incorporates cutting-edge cooling technology, making it the perfect addition for collectors of fine glassware and wine enthusiasts. The Eureka Bar exemplifies the concept behind the “Eureka” line, embodying a harmonious blend of simplicity and opulence, inside and out.

Breaking new ground, SLD embraced a momentous collaboration with Frag, becoming the first Chinese designer to partner with the renowned Italian leather and concealed furniture manufacturer. Their inaugural collaborative design, the Aria stackable chair, merges the essence of fashion, natural materials, and organic forms. Drawing inspiration from both Eastern and Western design philosophies, the Aria chair exudes elegance, versatility, and space-saving efficiency, making it a perfect fit for various living scenarios. This ground-breaking collaboration celebrates the convergence of cultures and represents an exciting milestone in cross-cultural design partnerships.

Venturing into their fifth collaboration, SLD and Visionnaire presented an awe-inspiring exhibition titled “Nature’s Jewel Box 2022,” hosted within the brand’s mesmerising “Volare” pavilion. This furniture series serves as an homage to the enduring vitality of trees while encouraging individuals to reconsider their connection with nature within architectural spaces. Crafted from solid, lightweight, and flexible white wax wood, the furniture seamlessly blends organic lines that cleverly mimic various plant forms. This meticulous attention to detail strikes a delicate balance between luxurious living and the harmonious coexistence with nature, offering an exceptional sensory experience for all who encounter it.

SLD’s relentless pursuit of innovative design and commitment to creating extraordinary life experiences will undoubtedly continue to shape the landscape of the design industry and bring immeasurable value to society. We eagerly anticipate the future endeavours of Steve Leung Design Group and his team, as they continue to push the boundaries of design, redefine luxury living, and inspire us all to embrace the extraordinary.
