SLD debuted LAZY PANDA as a collaboration with the esteemed Belgian artistic furniture brand SIXINCH, at Design Shenzhen 2024. The unveiling took place amidst an exclusive art exhibition, curated to showcase the vibrancy of three distinct sets of art furniture designs, nestled within an immersive green bamboo wonderland. The opening ceremony, graced by Steve Leung, our founder, alongside distinguished guests, marked the exciting beginning of this collaboration.
Inspired by the carefree and harmonious spirit of the panda, the LAZY PANDA collection seamlessly integrates Sixinch’s innovative DNA with SLD’s signature minimalist design language. Representing the first collaboration of its kind between a Chinese designer and the brand, Steve Leung transcends boundaries by fusing art and furniture design, creating a unique aesthetic that harmoniously blends East-meets-West influences.
