International Design Competition: Incheon Geomdan Museum Library Cultural Complex

Objective

This competition aims to have a creative design scheme that can become a landmark of the region as well as a complex space that can contain various activities of visitors by integrating a museum and a library in Neighborhood Park No. 14 located in Geomdan New Town, Incheon, Korea.

Eligibility

Qualifications for participation are for domestic and foreign architects who can participate alone or jointly. Up to 3 people are allowed for joint applications.

Estimated Construction Cost: Approx. KRW 91,454,000,000 (VAT Incl.)

Estimated Design Fee: KRW 4,978,000,000 (VAT Incl.)

Site location: Geomdan new town, inside the Neighborhood park No. 14

Site area: Approximately 26,500 square metres

1st: Priority Negotiation for Design Contract
2nd: KRW 40,000,000
3rd: KRW 30,000,000
4th: KRW 20,000,000
5th: KRW 10,000,000

Honorary mention: KRW 5,000,000 for each
