Beyond Next for Furniture China 2025

May 30, 2025

Furniture China 2025  will take place from September 10 to 13, 2025, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Held annually in Shanghai, this internationally renowned trade fair is themed “Beyond Next,” featuring trend displays, technology showcases, and forums addressing topics such as sustainability, digital transformation, and evolving consumer preferences.

Organized by the China National Furniture Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets, this milestone event will bring together over 3,000 global exhibitors and more than 200,000 visitors from 160 countries and regions.

This year’s focus leans into sustainability and digital transformation—two themes driving the future of furniture production and retail. Exhibitors are expected to present not only aesthetically compelling pieces but also smart, eco-conscious solutions that reflect growing environmental awareness. Materials innovation, circular design practices, and tech-integrated furniture will take center stage, offering insights into how the industry is adapting to a rapidly changing world.

Beyond the exhibition floor, Furniture China 2025 continues to be a hub for knowledge sharing. Attendees can look forward to keynote presentations, design forums, and networking events that foster global collaboration and inspire forward-thinking strategies.

For international buyers and designers, the fair is also a gateway to the heart of China’s manufacturing excellence. With access to both large-scale suppliers and boutique studios, visitors gain a deeper understanding of the capabilities and creativity emerging from Asia’s design powerhouse. As China continues to climb the value chain in design and branding, Furniture China remains the place to witness that transformation firsthand.
