Another highly successful initiative was the VIP Buyer Programme, which — following a careful selection process — involved leading opinion leaders and fostered direct synergies between supply and demand. This initiative generated over 300 high-level business meetings, connecting 58 key players from 29 companies with 153 listed projects across more than 10 markets around Asia, with global names such as AEDAS, Central Pattana, Chanel, HBA, Populous, The Parker Company, Zaha Hadid Architects.
The show inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony graced by an esteemed line-up of leaders and dignitaries, led by H.E. Joining him were Matt Denton, President of dmg events; Roberto Foresti, Deputy General Manager of Fiera Milano; Dawn Lim, Executive Director of the DesignSingapore Council; Carl Press, Event Director of FIND – Design Fair Asia; Giorgio Calveri, Italian Trade Commissioner for Singapore and the Philippines; Keat Ong, President of the Asia Space Designers Association; and Mark Yong, Presidential Adviser, Singapore Furniture Industries Council. Their presence underscored the fair’s stature as a key meeting point for global design leadership in Asia.
The 2025 edition of FIND impressed with both its scale and depth, bringing together five country pavilions, namely Italy, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Czech Republic, alongside country collectives from France and Hong Kong, showcasing a diverse array of global design excellence.
The show floor was complemented by the FIND – Global Summit and EMERGE @ FIND’s Design through Dialogues where over 80 international speakers such as Dr Hossein Rezai, Global Design Director, Ramboll (Singapore Office), Mario Cucinella, Founder of Mario Cucinella Architects, and Simon Yu, Director Zaha Hadid Architects, tackled a spectrum of pressing topics ranging from AI, technology, circularity and urban resilience to cultural identity, cultural depth, heritage, craftsmanship and the new definition of luxury.
EMERGE @ FIND, now co-curated by Suzy Annetta and Edwin Low, expanded into its largest showcase yet with over 70 designers and 100 works, shining a spotlight not only on Southeast Asia’s rising design talents but also, for the first time, on creative voices from Northeast Asia – underscoring the region’s growing influence on the global stage.

This year’s edition of FIND once again showcased the best of Italian creativity alongside exceptional global talent, reinforcing Singapore’s position as a premier hub for design in Southeast Asia. The fair demonstrates how design can bridge cultures, inspire collaboration, and create meaningful business opportunities across the region. Italy is proud to contribute to this vibrant dialogue and celebrate the cross-border connections that FIND continues to foster,” says H.E. Dante Brandi, Ambassador of Italy to Singapore.
“I have been fortunate to lead the FIND – Global Summit in nurturing a dynamic platform for professional exchanges and industry insights over these past four years. Through the dedicated curation of the programme and with the sincere support of the industry, we have grown stronger together. This year, we proudly hosted over 60 international speakers and welcomed an even greater regional presence. I truly look forward to continuing this collaborative journey and reaching an even wider audience,” says Yoko Choy, FIND – Global Summit Content Chair.
Sustainability remained a key focus at FIND – Design Fair Asia 2025, with initiatives woven into every stage of the event. Hosted at Marina Bay Sands, a venue renowned for its Sands ECO360 Global Sustainability strategy, the fair adopted eco-minded practices such as digital visitor passes to reduce waste and carpet-free exhibition halls, with the exception of select areas like the FIND – Global Summit and lounges. Sponsor The Mill extended this commitment by upcycling used carpets into chairs, while Life by Design, the agency behind the summit and lounges, repurposed red fabric (sponsored by Anonimo) into festive bows to brighten community spaces and care homes during Christmas. In addition, PICO supplied cabinets that exhibitors could take home, further minimising material waste. Together, these initiatives underscored FIND’s dedication to advancing sustainability through both its operations and its design ethos.
Exhibitors hailed FIND – Design Fair Asia as both a global hub for business opportunities and a high-quality networking platform.

‘’We would like to thank the FIND – Design Fair Asia team for their excellent support of the Czech participation. The well-located pavilion gave strong visibility to our exhibitors and attracted high-quality visitors. FIND provided an outstanding platform for business meetings, including the VIP Buyer Program, many of which were pre-arranged and led to promising new collaborations. We also greatly valued the opportunity to present the Czech–Singaporean glassmaking collaboration during the FIND Global Summit. FIND has proven to be an excellent springboard for Czech companies to enter Singapore and further expand into Southeast Asia, opening doors to new opportunities across the region. We truly appreciate the organizers’ support and smooth coordination, which made the Czech participation both effective and impactful,” says Ladislav Graner, Regional Director of CzechTrade Southeast Asia.
Gian Marco Pecis Cavagna, Sales Manager at Faz Pendezza, shared that “FIND is truly a global fair, particularly for the Asia market,” after connecting with buyers from across Southeast Asia, while Anthony Ferguson, General Manager of Arte Interiors Furnishings Singapore, underscored that “the fact that we returned for a second year shows how positive our experience has been… the perfect place to gain insight, meet new people, and learn what really goes on in Singapore.”
Diana Nazir from the Indonesia Pavilion hailed FIND – Design Fair Asia as both a global hub for business opportunities and a high-quality networking platform, “The SMEs with us were surprised to meet buyers from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and even Africa. It shows that FIND is really international, and it helps to build brand awareness for everyone here.”
On driving innovation and market connections, Thailand Pavilion’s Jirachai Tangkijngamwong, R&D & Marketing Director at Deesawat Industries, highlighted that “at FIND we connected with interior designers from across Asia. Instead of competition, we discovered each country has its own DNA in design and materials – opening doors for collaboration on future projects.”
